Welcome to El Paso! It is located in a lovely family oriented community in West El Paso. Quiet and safe, close to loads of shopping areas, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and 11 minutes from downtown El Paso. The Hospitals of Providence Transmountain Campus is about 7 min away. UTEP 10 min, fast access to the I-10. Walmart, Dillard's, Target, Marshalls, Sam's and many more a few mins away. The Outlets is about 8 minutes away.
PET(s) allowed. Any kind of pet, including those exceeding the weight limit, may be considered upon approval.
No parties or events are allowed, No smoke.

PETS
- Small pets (house trained) may be allowed with prior approval. Pet fee of $75 per small pet or $100 per large dogs will be added.
CHIMNEY
- If using please make sure the shoot is open and do not close the shoot during your stay.
BEDS AND TOWELS
- Please do not make the beds so we may know which beds were used.
- Do not fold or put away any towels used during your stay.
- No smoking inside the house.

TRASH .- Empty all trash cans. If trash is not removed, a $25 fee will be charged.
VISITS.- Visitors are not allowed without prior approval. When approved, visiting hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. If visitors stay after 8 pm, we’ll consider them as guest and will have an additional fee.
There’s a fee of $60 per night per guest for additional guests staying overnight.
LIGHTS & UTILITY USAGE: If you are going out for the day, or going to bed, please take the time to check the various lamps and switches and turn out the lights indoors and out. Also, the AC system is quite efficient so if you'd consider turning it up by a few degrees if you're going out for more than a quick errand then we, the Texas electric grid and the planet thank you.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, and 1 camera is on the back of the home facing the backyard. There is a little camera in the garage, it is only to check on the house and to make sure I don´t leave the garage door open. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
